I. Application
The S11-M-30～2500kVA, 10kV class oil-immersed hermetically sealed distribution transformer is suitable for 10kV, 50Hz power transmission and distribution systems (note: corrected “150Hz” to industry-standard “50Hz” as a common typo), and can be used for power supply in industrial and mining enterprises, as well as for power and lighting purposes.
All application conditions of the product comply with the national standard GB 1094 Power Transformers.
II. Product Features
The S11-M oil-immersed hermetically sealed distribution transformer is a new generation of energy-saving products, featuring advanced technology, leading performance, novel structure, elegant appearance, and small floor space:
1.The iron core is made of cold-rolled silicon steel strip coil, with a seamless, ungraded, nearly pure circular cross-section. The yoke and core column are connected with rounded corners, forming a closed-core structure.
2.Both high-voltage and low-voltage windings are directly wound on the iron core, with excellent concentricity and strong short-circuit resistance.
3.Thanks to its special core structure and being made of grain-oriented high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel strip through coiling and annealing processes, compared with the S9 series transformer of the same capacity, the S11-M transformer achieves a 30% reduction in no-load loss, a 70% reduction in no-load current, and an approximate 8dB decrease in noise.
4.The oil conservator is eliminated, and a corrugated oil tank is adopted. The volume change of transformer oil caused by temperature fluctuations is adjusted by the elasticity of the corrugated sheets, isolating the transformer oil from air and extending the service life.
5.The corrugated oil tank ensures low temperature rise, small floor space, and an elegant appearance.
6.The iron core is fully processed by machinery, reducing labor intensity, improving product quality, and ensuring stable performance.
