I. Overview

The GCS-type low-voltage drawout-type switchgear (hereinafter referred to as “the device”) is a low-voltage drawout-type switchgear developed by the joint design team of two ministries in accordance with the requirements of industry authorities, a large number of power users and design units. It conforms to national conditions, has high technical performance indicators, can meet the development needs of the power market and is competitive with existing imported products. At present, this device has been widely selected by power users.
The device is suitable for power distribution systems in industries such as power plants, petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, textiles and high-rise buildings. In places with high automation levels that require interface with computers, such as large power plants and petrochemical systems, it serves as a low-voltage complete power distribution device for power distribution, centralized control of motors and reactive power compensation in power generation and supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, a rated operating voltage of 380 (400) V (660 V) and a rated current of 4000 A and below.

II. Operating Environmental Conditions

1.Ambient air temperature: The maximum temperature is +40℃, the minimum temperature is -5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35℃;
2.The relative humidity of the ambient air shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40℃, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at +20℃). The impact of condensation that may occasionally occur due to temperature changes shall be taken into account;
3.Altitude: The indoor installation location shall not exceed 2000 meters;
4.When the device is installed, the inclination angle relative to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5°, and the entire set of cabinet rows shall be relatively flat (in line with the GBJ 232-82 standard);
