I. Product Design Features
- The main electrical performance complies with the GB7251.1-97 standard (Note: GB7251.1-97 is the Chinese national standard for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies, with the standard number retained in its original form for accuracy).
- Both the control power supply voltage and signal power supply voltage adopt an AC frequency of 50Hz, and the voltage can be selected as 220V or 380V.
- A shunt main switch is adopted, which has instantaneous short-circuit and overload protection functions to ensure the continuity and reliability of each shunt control.
- The circuit design is innovative and the installation is standardized. The product is equipped with instruments, lighting, and alarm devices during operation.
- The cabinet structure is compact, the wiring is reasonable, the marks are concise and clear, and maintenance is convenient. The outer cabinet of the product is made of cold-rolled steel plates by bending, and its surface is treated with epoxy resin electrostatic spraying. The transition between the door and the cabinet body is designed into a V-shape, and a sealing rubber strip is installed to prevent moisture and water.
II. SD Dual-Power Control Box
The working power supply and standby power supply in the dual-power control box switch automatically. It is equipped with dual electrical and mechanical interlocks, featuring sensitive and reliable operation.
III. JY Pressurization Motor Control Box
It is suitable for the liquid level control of special-capacity water towers and water tanks in industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research equipment, and civil buildings. It has the functions of automatic/manual selection, automatic switching-on of the standby water pump, and upper/lower limit alarm.
IV. PL-Type Sprinkler Pump & XFJ Fire Pump Motor Control Box
It is suitable for emergency start-up of fire pumps and sprinkler pumps in case of fire. It can be divided into fire control center and on-site control modes, and is an indispensable equipment in fire protection projects and fire protection systems of modern high-rise buildings, stations, docks, and industrial and mining enterprises.
