I. Overview
The ZX series outdoor integrated distribution box is an outdoor integrated power distribution device that integrates multiple functions such as metering, outgoing lines, and reactive power compensation. It is equipped with functions including short-circuit protection, overload protection, overvoltage protection, and leakage protection. Featuring a small size, elegant appearance, cost-effectiveness, and practicality, it is installed on the electric pole of outdoor pole-mounted transformers. It is a new-generation ideal power distribution product for the transformation of urban and rural power grids.
II. Operating Environment Conditions
1.Ambient Temperature: -25℃ to +40℃;
2.Relative Air Humidity: The daily average shall not exceed 90%, and the monthly average shall not exceed 90%;
3.Altitude: Not more than 2000 meters;
4.Installation Site: It shall be installed in a place free from severe vibration, impact, and corrosive gases.
III. Structural Features
The cabinet structure is available in vertical and horizontal types. The outer shell is made of 2mm high-quality stainless steel plates bent through a multi-fold edge process (or stainless steel double-layer composite plates with a honeycomb structure, which have flame-retardant, environmentally friendly, heat-insulating, and anti-condensation properties). Adopting a special stainless steel welding process, the cabinet has high overall strength after forming, with a mirror-smooth surface without any welding seam marks. The internal mounting beams (plates) are treated with a hot-dip galvanizing process to ensure no rusting within 20 years.
The cabinet has front and rear doors for easy user operation and maintenance. High-elasticity and anti-aging sealing rubber strips are inlaid around the doors, and each door is equipped with both visible and hidden door locks. The visible lock is equipped with a rain shield that prevents blockage and rust. The metering chamber is fully enclosed with a lead sealing device.
Rainproof and foreign object-proof incoming cable bushings are installed on the side of the cabinet. Ventilation holes and cable outgoing holes are punched at the bottom, and air vents and wire meshes are arranged at the top. The cabinet has waterproof, rust-proof, dust-proof, and foreign object-proof functions, with a protection class of IP54.
