I. Functions and Features  
1. Integrates high-voltage switchgear, transformer, and low-voltage switchgear into a single unit, featuring strong integrity as a complete set.  
2. Equipped with comprehensive high-voltage and low-voltage protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation with simple maintenance.  
3. Occupies small space, saves investment, has a short production cycle, and is easy to move.  
4. Offers flexible and diverse wiring schemes.  
5. Adopts a unique honeycomb double-layer (composite panel) enclosure structure: the enclosure is sturdy, provides both heat insulation and heat dissipation/ventilation, has an attractive appearance, and achieves a high protection level. Optional enclosure materials include stainless steel, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled steel plate, and color steel plate.  
6. Available in multiple types, such as general type, villa type, and compact type.  
7. A distribution automation terminal (FTU) can be installed in the high-voltage ring main unit to realize reliable detection of short-circuit and single-phase grounding faults. It has the “four remote” functions (remote measurement, remote signaling, remote control, and remote adjustment), facilitating the upgrading of distribution network automation.  

II. Applications  
Widely used in indoor and outdoor locations such as urban power grid renovation projects, residential communities, high-rise buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, hotels, shopping malls, airports, railways, oil fields, docks, expressways, and temporary power supply facilities.  

III. Normal Operating Conditions  
1. Altitude: Not exceeding 1000 meters.  
2. Ambient temperature: -25℃ ~ +40℃.  
3. Relative humidity: Daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%.  
4. Installation site: Locations free from fire hazards, explosion risks, conductive dust, chemically corrosive gases, and severe vibrations. If the site conditions exceed the above requirements, users may negotiate with our company for a solution.  

IV. High-Voltage Side  
The high-voltage side of the high/low voltage prefabricated substation is generally protected by a load switch-fuse combination device. When one phase of the fuse blows, the three phases trip in linkage. The load switch is available in types such as pneumatic, vacuum, and sulfur hexafluoride (SF₆), and can be equipped with an electric operating mechanism to realize automation upgrading. The fuse is a high-voltage current-limiting fuse with an impactor, featuring reliable operation and large breaking capacity. The main technical parameters are shown in the table below. For transformers with a capacity of 800kVA or above, vacuum circuit breakers such as ZN12, ZN28, and VS1 can be selected for protection.  

V. Low-Voltage Side  
The main switch on the low-voltage side adopts a universal or intelligent circuit breaker to achieve selective protection. The outgoing switches use new-type molded case switches, which are small in size and have short arc discharge. The number of outgoing circuits can be up to 30. An intelligent automatic tracking reactive power compensation device is equipped, with two switching modes (contactor-based and non-contact) available for users to choose from.  

VI. Transformer  
The high/low voltage prefabricated substation uses low-loss, oil-immersed, fully sealed transformers of the S9, S10, and S11 series. Alternatively, environmentally friendly dry-type transformers with resin insulation or NOMEX paper insulation can be selected. All transformers are equipped with trolleys at the bottom for easy movement in and out.
