I. Functions and Features
1. Fully insulated and fully sealed design, requiring little to no maintenance, and reliably ensuring personal safety.
2. Compact structure: its volume is only 1/3 to 1/5 of that of a European-style substation with the same capacity; the height is only 1.5 meters (note: the original text omits the unit “meters,” which is supplemented here according to common equipment specifications), without obstructing the line of sight.
3. Adopts a split-tank structure to prevent oil contamination inside the transformer oil tank.
4. The high-voltage side uses dual fuses for full-range protection, greatly reducing costs.
5. Suitable for both ring network and terminal applications; the cable head can be emergently plugged and unplugged under a load current of 200A.
6. The cabinet body adopts a honeycomb double-layer composite panel, which has both thermal insulation and heat dissipation functions. This technology is a newly developed patent of our company.
7. An undervoltage controller can be added to the low-voltage side to quickly cut off the low-voltage side load when abnormal voltage occurs in the system.
8. The high-voltage side is equipped with an oil-immersed load switch or SF₆ load switch, which can be automatically upgraded, laying a foundation for the realization of distribution network automation.
II. Applications
Widely used in indoor and outdoor locations such as urban power grid renovation projects, residential communities and other public places, as well as industrial and mining enterprises, hotels, airports, railways, docks and expressways.
III. Normal Operating Conditions
1. Altitude: Not exceeding 1000 meters.
2. Ambient temperature: -35℃ ~ +40℃.
3. Relative humidity: Daily average not more than 95%, monthly average not more than 90%.
4. Installation site: Locations free from fire hazards, explosion risks and chemical corrosive gases, with good ventilation; the ground inclination angle not more than 3°.
